I M Adeline
Hi, I am Adeline
When I was nine, I stood in front of my class, heart pounding, about to tell a story for the first time. No one expected much—I was the quiet girl, the one everyone called “mute.” But as I spoke, the words flowed effortlessly. To everyone’s surprise, including my own, I won second place. That moment changed me. It showed me that when we step forward despite our fears, we discover what we’re truly capable of.
But my journey didn’t stop there. A few years later, I entered an English storytelling
competition, and my American teacher kept making me repeat the word “Mother.” I couldn’t understand why until I realized I was saying “Moter”—a classic mistake where “three” becomes “tree.” I can still picture his exasperated face! Looking back, I laugh, but it was one of the first lessons that showed me how small adjustments in speech can completely transform how people perceive us.
My own experiences taught me that confidence isn’t something we’re born with—it’s something we build. And building it starts with one step: being willing to try. That’s why I do what I do today.
Now, as an NLP Master Practitioner, ACTA-certified trainer, Speech & Drama educator, and Distinguished Toastmaster, I help people find their voices, just as I found mine. I work with corporate teams, educators, and the special needs community, guiding them to communicate with confidence, think clearly, and connect deeply. I coach professionals navigating career transitions, burnout, and leadership challenges—helping them not just speak better, but show up in the world with greater presence and influence.
More than anything, I believe that communication is not just about speaking—it’s about expressing who you are with clarity and conviction. It’s about telling your story in a way that resonates, whether you’re in a boardroom, a classroom, or on stage.
I’ve been where you are—the fear, the self-doubt, the hesitation. But I also know what’s possible on the other side of it. And if I, the once “mute” girl who mispronounced “mother,” can find my voice, so can you.
